05.) Ensure that your username and display name are related to your real character.
06.) Following maximum 500 including base and members.
07.) New accounts with minimum 50 followers and 100 tweets are allowed.
08.) Have a maximum of 3 agencies including HiQVolley and 2 squads.
09.) Respect anyone and obey all of the rules in HiQVolley.
10.) Love wins.
11.) NFSW allowed at 22.00 - 05.00 (GMT+7).
12.) Strictly prohibited JFB/Bot/tweet related to real life.
13.) Use brackets when discussing things that outside the real character.
14.) No circle in circles, drama, and war.
15.) Required to make a greeting using the template provided by HiQVolley base after verification.
16.) If you want a permission to unattended the event, please notify the base with a clear reason.

There are two GDMs provided namely, GDM INFO and CONVOGDM INFO
only for information from the base and the captains regarding the activities or games that will be held. No convo in the group. if violated will get a penalty.GDM CONVO
On convo will be held every Friday each week, and additionally on Saturday and Sunday of every odd week. During on convo, it is hoped that all members will keep their words in check so as not to hurt people's feelings or make gdm uncomfortable.

02.) Requesting permission from base to change character.
03.) Changing character/move account is required to tell your old and newest identity.
04.) Changing characters can only be done 1× in 1 month.
05.) Changing username can only be done 2× in 1 month.
06.) Changing account can only be done 2× in 1 month.Temporary Swap
01.) Ask for a permission from base if you want to do a temporary swap.
02.) Doing a temporary swap for a maximum 3 days only.
03.) Temporary swaps can only be made a maximum of 3× in 1 month.This does not apply if doing a Temporary Swap (TS) due to an issue. However, the licensing procedure should still be completed through the HiQVolley base.

01.) Notify the base if you want to go on a hiatus.
(semi hiatus = 3 days)
(hiatus = 7 days)
02.) Give a clear reason to the base if you want more hiatus than specified.Unverification
01.) You can request unverification after one week joining.
02.) Inactive 1×24 hours after verification or 2×24 hours after the hiatus ends.
03.) Notify the base if you want unverification.
04.) Inactive or no interaction with agency mates on the timeline for 5 days. You can notify base if you experience 72 hours issues or other account issues.
05.) Deact accounts.
06.) Involved in drama or war.

a. Member of the Week Qualification:
Eligibility is determined by a member's activity over one week, including participation in member game activities, engagement in GDM conversations, activity on the timeline, and promptness in event participation or mission completion.b. Event Winner Appreciation:
Since the Member of the Week (MOTW) is not based solely on event winners, they will receive recognition through a mention in the national news, announced every Monday at noon following the event.
